工信部：“十五五”时期将加快6G核心技术攻关，为6G商用做好准备_我的网站

一 | 　　讯 8月26日，国务院新闻办公室举行“开局起步‘十五五’”系列主题新闻发布会，介绍全力抓好“十五五”规划实施，加快推进新型工业化有关情况。

二 | Beijing, Oct 16 (UNI) Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Sunday that the Communist Party of China (CPC) will implement its overall policy for resolving the Taiwan question in the new era, and unswervingly advance the cause of national reunification.

"Resolving the Taiwan question is a matter for the Chinese, a matter that must be resolved by the Chinese," said Xi at the opening session of the 20th CPC National Congress.

"We will continue to strive for peaceful reunification with the greatest sincerity and the utmost effort, but we will never promise to renounce the use of force, and we reserve the option of taking all measures necessary. This is directed solely at interference by outside forces and the few separatists seeking 'Taiwan independence' and their separatist activities; it is by no means targeted at our Taiwan compatriots," he said.

Xi said that the wheels of history are rolling on toward China's reunification and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. "Complete reunification of our country must be realized, and it can, without doubt, be realized!"

"We have always shown respect and care for our Taiwan compatriots and worked to deliver benefits to them. We will continue to promote economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation across the Strait," Xi said.

"We will encourage people on both sides of the Strait to work together to promote Chinese culture and forge closer bonds," he said.

UNI/XINHUA PRT。　　工业和信息化部信息通信发展司司长刘郁林在会上介绍，“十五五”时期，工业和信息化部将聚焦推动信息通信业高质量发展，锚定基础设施全面升级，行业监管敏捷高效、安全保障全域联动、融合赋能更深更广的目标，着力推进“四个强化”。　　一是强化系统布局，统筹推进新一代通信网建设。

三 | 主动适应和赋能人工智能创新发展，坚持应用牵引、适度超前，统筹推进基础网络、空间网络、国际网络、融合网络建设。

四 | 抓基础网络演进升级，积极推进“双万兆”网络建设，加强算网协同调度，加快发展智能体互联网。深化电信普遍服务，让网络升级既有“城市速度”，也有“乡村温度”。

五 | 抓空间网络协同突破，加快卫星网络与地面通信网络深度融合，推动网络向空天地海一体化全域覆盖拓展。抓国际网络优化布局，持续增加海陆缆通达方向，提升国际通信网络韧性。抓融合网络创新发展，加快移动物联网、新型工业网络、车联网等建设，丰富应用场景，赋能垂直行业智能化转型。　　二是强化创新驱动，推动技术研发与应用普及。立足供给侧，加快技术攻关，扎实推进移动通信、光通信、卫星通信等关键核心技术研发。6G发展将是“十五五”时期的重中之重。将加快6G核心技术攻关，持续开展6G技术试验、标准研制，促进6G产业成熟和生态构建，为6G商用做好准备。面向需求侧，深化应用赋能，推动5G、工业互联网等技术在制造、能源、医疗、文旅等领域规模化应用，加快“人工智能+信息通信”创新发展，培育数字消费新模式，让信息通信技术融入车间产线、深入矿山井下、点亮美好生活。　　三是强化改革牵引，打造市场化法治化国际化一流营商环境。一方面，优化行业治理，健全市场准入、公平竞争、信用管理等基础制度，持续推进行业法律法规建设，优化信息通信服务，强化平台经济、人工智能等领域监管。另一方面，深化开放合作，有序推动电信领域扩大自主开放，持续深化信息通信领域国际交流合作，推动形成具有广泛共识的数字治理规则和标准。　　四是强化底线思维，以高水平安全护航高质量发展。
